DEBUT LIT will be back in spring of 2008 for a year-long season of release parties for first time authors. African writers and books about the American West are of particular interest. Authors or potential sponsors can contact me directly for more information.

EARSHOT, NYC invited me to read at The Lucky Cat, located in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, in December 2007. EARSHOT is a semi-monthly reading series, dedicated to featuring new and emerging literary talent in the NYC area.

E.L. Doctorow signed my MFA thesis, a novel-in-progress set in the 1930s. I hope to have the first draft done in early 2008.

DEBUT LIT's first year went well, with two readings in spring of 2007, one in NYC and the other in San Francisco.
